Improved Incomplete Safety Form tab

We have made improvements to the “Customers: Incomplete Enrolments” tab to try and give more clarity over who has an incomplete Safety Form. Previously not all parents and children with incomplete Safety Form were shown on this page. This has now changed and everyone with an incomplete Safety Form regardless of their status (Active, Archived, Placeholder, booking or no booking) will be shown here. It gives providers an opportunity to prepare for an audit by ensuring all Safety Forms are completed in advance.

The Incomplete Safety Form will show ALL customers with an incomplete form but this additional information is now shown:

  • The last time Safety Form completion was checked for each customer.

  • Whether the customer is Archived, Active, or has a Current Booking.

  • The number of unanswered questions.

  • An alert triangle is shown if there are a large number of unanswered questions.

Customer CSV Export improvements

Mailchimp CSV Format

A Mailchimp CSV export format is now available.
To export data in this format:

  1. Navigate to Customers tab

  2. Filter / Search for the customers that you want to export
(We recommend filtering by “Group: Parents Only”)

  3. Click +More button → Export to CSV

  4. Select the “Email / Mailchimp format” option

  5. Click Generate CSV

It is no longer necessary to tick/select each Customer before clicking the “Export to CSV” button.
All Customers included in your search will automatically be included in the CSV export.

Advanced / Custom Questions CSV limited to 500 customers

For performance reasons “Advanced Data” or “Custom Questions” can not be exported if more than 500 Customers have been selected. “Basic Data” such as name, email, phone numbers, addresses etc can still be exported.

The ability for providers to restore deleted credit card payments

If you have somehow deleted a Credit Card payment it is now possible for you to automatically restore this payment themselves.

When viewing the invoice a warning message will display. A link within the message lets the restore the deleted payment.

The ability for providers to choose how their minisite activities are ordered

Currently, activities on the minisite are ordered by date but some providers have requested that their activities be listed alphabetically. This is now possible with a new setting found in Settings → Minisite.

Credit card description change

Credit cards are now referred to as “Credit / Debit Cards” across the booking form and front-end of the app.

Awesome! You now know now what has just been released!
