  1. You have two customers with the same name and need to identify the accounts individually

This document assumes the following:

  • You know how to edit a customer account 

Differentiate Your Customers

  • Insert the customer's Middle name.

  • Insert the correct child's name in brackets.

1. Navigate to the Customers tab, and search for the customer,

2. Click the Action Cog against one of your customer's names and select edit

3. Click Edit on the Customer Profile and make the name changes

4. Don't forget to Save changes

Great! You now know how to handle customers that have the same name!
