Parent Account Closure

Scenarios:

  1. You are a parent and want to permanently close your Enrolmy Account

This document assumes the following:

Enrolmy Account Closure Process

  1. Please complete this Parent Account Closure form for the Enrolmy Support Team.

  2. Email written consent that you would like to close your account with Enrolmy to support@enrolmy.com. This email must be sent from the email address of the account you wish to close.

  3. Enrolmy will request more information or confirm that we have closed your Enrolmy account. 

  4. If you no longer wish to receive emails from your Enrolmy activity providers, please contact them directly to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of all email messages sent by your activity providers from Enrolmy.

If your account close request occurs in the middle of a current activity that you/your children are attending, you should inform the activity provider of your account closure.

You should also know the following;

  • After you request to close your account with us, the Enrolmy team will run a debtors check to ensure that you are not outstanding any payments to Enrolmy providers. 

    • If your account is owing, Enrolmy will notify you and request that you tie up your outstanding payments before being able to close your account.
