You have a published Classes and Lessons Activity on Enrolmy.
Bookings have been made in your activity.
Registered Versus Booked In
The number of attendees under the Regos column in the Activities view is different from the Booked In view as its count shows the number of attendees expected to attend the next session.
The Activities view - the number of Registered children are 4.
Booked In View within the Activity itself - the total number of booked children is 6 but the next session on the 22 October has 4 booked children which corresponds with the number of Regos.
