Cost and Profitability Report

Scenarios:

  1. You want to generate a report to compare your costs to your profits for your activities

This document assumes the following

  • You have an Office Admin or Office Support user-level access on your Enrolmy instance.

  • You have run or are running activities

  • You are using Enrolmy Rostering

  • You have added a Venue Hire Fee

What is the Cost and Profitability Report?

This is an advanced report. All providers can access this with a limited view. Full access is provided with the purchase of the add-on.

This report provides data to allow the user to compare costs and profit in an activity.

In this report, you will see information on:

  • Week number

  • Date

  • Activity Type

  • Activity Name

  • Booking Numbers

  • Staff Numbers and Costs

  • Venue Hire Costs

  • Booking Revenue

  • Add-on Revenue

  • Totals

Accessing the Cost and Profitability Report

To access the report:

  1. Log in to your Enrolmy Account

  2. Head over to the Insights tab and select Cost and Profitability

  3. Use the filters as needed

  4. Click Search

Adding Cost for Venue Hire

For advanced reports, you will have the option to add the cost for venue hire per each activity. This can be added within the Activity Settings.

Venue Hire cost can be set up in 3 ways:

  1. Fixed hiring fee

  2. Percentage of revenue

  3. Fixed hiring fee plus Percentage of revenue
