Enrolmy Web App Troubleshooting Steps

If you are having issues logging into your Enrolmy account, follow the below troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clearing your browser Cookies

  2. Clear browser cookies for a specific site

  3. Rest your password

  4. Close your browser

Chrome

  1. Within Chrome, at the top right corner of your browser, select the three dots.

  2. Click More tools  and then select Clear browsing data.

  3. Ensure you have selected "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"

  4. Click Clear data.

Safari

  1. In Safari, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.

  2. Click Manage Website Data and select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Launch Microsoft Edge and go to the “more” menu and select “Settings.”

  2. Head to “Clear browsing data,” and select “cookies and saved website data” and then clear.

Clear browser cookies for a specific site

Head into your Enrolmy log-in page and then follow the below to clear the cookies:

  1. Inspect the page by right-clicking and selecting Inspect or Select command, option, letter I

  2. Click on the Application Tab

  3. Open up cookies on the left-hand side

  4. Then select enrolmy.com and right-click on it

  5. Select Clear and then try to log in again

Reset your password

  1. Head to https://enrolmy.com/auth/login , and input your account email address

  2. Select Forgot your password?

  3. Choose to Email me a link

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link or select Resend password reset link again

5. Follow the prompts in your email to open the Enrolmy password reset URL

Close your browser

You can also use the below keyboard shortcuts to close a window:

  1. Windows & Linux: Alt + F4.

  2. Mac: ⌘ + Shift + w.
