How do I copy NCS details onto The Hive?

Select to view the NCS details within the NCS summary by selecting the action cog. Next to each information box, there is a copy icon that can be selected:

What does the “withheld” column mean within the NCS subsidy section?

This is a calculation based on three parameters:

1. If the claimed hours are higher than charged hours, the difference will be withheld.

2. After that, if the subsidy credit note total is higher than the charged amount total, then difference will be withheld.

3. Finally, if any sessions have been specifically marked to be withheld, the NCS value will be withheld.

The withheld amounts are then combined and shown as the difference between what was imported and what is being withheld:

How do I provide a NCS report that can be distributed to NCS auditors?

You can export a NCS report from the subsidies tab within an activity that incorporates all important information required for an auditor to review.

How do I monitor under and over attendance for NCS children?

You can monitor under or over attendance to meet NCS rules by using the NCS report found within the subsidies tab of each activity. Here you can cross reference attended hours per child to ensure they are meeting NCS requirements.
