Find Unsubscribed Email Contacts List

Scenarios:

  1. You want to find a list of contacts who have unsubscribed from receiving your promotional emails.

This document assumes the following:

  • You have customers set up in Enrolmy

  • You understand your legal obligations around email communication

  • Your Terms and Conditions clearly state the role of email in your business

How To Find Unsubscribed Email Contacts

  1. Select the '+' button and head to 'Communication'


  2. Select ‘+' and then 'Unsubscribed’

Note that even if an email address has been unsubscribed, it will still receive emails that are deemed important such as:

  1. Outstanding or overdue invoices

  2. Statements
