This document assumes the following:

Tag Groups

Tag groups allow you to filter your customers through custom groups. Tag groups will appear in your Customers Tab Filters List. You should create your tag groups first, and then add tags. 

 Where To Manage Tags

  1. Click on the (+plus tab in the main navigation bar.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click on Manage Tags.

How To Add Tag Groups

  • Within your Settings, head the Manage Tags section.

  • Under the All Tags option, Click + Add New Tag Group

  • Type in the name of the Tag Group.

  • Select the colour of the Tag Group

  • Click Go.
