Accredited providers in Ireland operate under maximum charge caps. Depending on the hours booked and the value of the booking, there is a maximum amount that can be charged per child.

The current stipulations are as below:

How To Enforce Core Funding Caps Within Activity Settings

You can switch on the ability to enforce core funding caps on all invoices within your activity settings in the invoice section by toggling Yes:

Note - these can only be used when invoicing in arrears.

How Does This Reflect On The Booking Page If A Funding Cap Is Exceeded

When using this feature, there is an automatic calculation of the core funding caps that will run in the background against each booking to ensure that the core funding caps are not breached at any point.

These adjustments are accounted for on the booking page if certain bands have been exceeded:
