Irish Subsidy (NCS) Status and Icon Explanations

NCS Status Explanations

There are various NCS statuses that can be associated with a booking:

Status

Explanation

This status is given when a booking is new and hasn't been updated in the HIVE system yet

This status is assigned when the booking has been confirmed as updated in the HIVE system

This status is assigned when the CHICK code is going expire within the next 10 days

This status is given when the CHICK code has reached the end of it’s validity period

This status is given when the claimed hours exceed the booked hours

This status is set when the claimed hours are less than the booked hours

This status is assigned when the claimed hours exceed the maximum allowed (awarded) hours for the subsidy. This likely only occurs due to user error (entering the wrong data)

This status indicates that there are no issues with the booking, however the subsidy details have changed in Enrolmy. The provider must check the details match in the HIVE and confirm the record as updated in the HIVE

This status indicates that the attendee is receiving subsidies but has no booked hours for the week

This status indicates that NCS was being receiving and now for some reason is not

This icon indicates that there are casual sessions that have been booked

This icon indicates that there are waitlisted sessions associated with the booking

The green tick icon indicates that you as a provider have given the ok to be under claiming for a particular booking
