Merchandise Sales Report

Scenarios:

  1. You would like to understand how the Merchandise Sales Report works

This document assumes the following:

  • You have an Office Admin/Support user-level access on your Enrolmy instance.

  • You have run/are running activities for at least one of your Enrolmy instances.

What is the Merchandise Sales Report?

This report consolidates all the Additional Items that were purchased across different activities within the date range selected.

In this report, you will see information on:

  • Purchase Date

  • Activity Type

  • Activity Name

  • Purchased By (name of guardian)

  • Purchased For (name of child)

  • Item Name

  • Quantity

  • Total Invoiced (total amount for purchased item)

  • Currency

  • Link to Activity

Accessing the Merchandise Sales Report

To access the report:

  1. Log in to your Enrolmy Account

  2. Head over to the Insights tab and select Merchandise Sales

  3. Use the filters as needed

  4. Click Search
