New Feature ~ Site Coordinator Enrolmy App Access
This update is for customers on Enterprise Subscription Plan only
Access is limited to activities that the staff are added into
Staff with Site Coordinator user-level access are now able to login on Enrolmy for Providers backend.
The access is intended primarily as a view only experience, with the added ability to download resources required for the successful running of the activity (Safety Forms, attendance lists), communicate closures or important messages, and the ability to reconcile attendance fully.
Staff with Site Coordinator access can now:
View bookings of attendees at activities they are added in
View profile and Safety Forms of attendees at their activities
Print attendance lists, blank safety forms, and customer details
Communicate with activity attendees by email or text message
Can save the draft attendance reconciliation
Use the Enrolmy for Providers and Sign In Kiosk App as normal
