Parent/Guardian Visibility of Pick Up Pin

Scenarios:

  1. You have an activity running

  2. Parents/ Guardians sign in and sign out the attendees using the Pick Up Pin on the Enrolmy Kiosk

This document assumes the following:

  • You have downloaded the latest version of the Enrolmy Sign In Kiosk on your tablet

  • You have an activity running on the day

  • You have added your on-site staff to the activity

How To View A Pick Up Pin For An Attendee

Please note that the pick up pin will remain the same regardless of how many activities the parent books their child/ren into, however the pick up pin will be different for each child.

A parent/Guardian will have clear visibility of the pick up pin in the following areas:

Making a new booking

Confirmation email:

Modifiying an existing booking

Confirmation of modification email:

Logging into the Parent Portal

Can be viewed on all booked activities:
