What’s new?
We’ve made it even more obvious who your ‘never-booked-before’ customers are. New customers are now highlighted in two ways so that you can make their first day, that much more welcoming!
What does this mean for you?
Mobile App Notification
The notification will appear in the Alerts section of the Enrolmy for Providers Mobile Application once you have selected an activity:
Email Notification
When you receive a booking notification for a brand-new customer the subject will read:
A FIRST EVER booking for (student name) has been made!
Awesome! You now know who has booked in with you for the first time ever!
