On the enrolment form there are now options to enable permission for the Second Parent / Guardian to edit or act on behalf of the Primary Guardian and their children.

Improving access for second parents/guardians

● On the enrolment form there are now options to enable permission for the Second Parent / Guardian to edit or act on behalf of the Primary Guardian and their children.

● If a users email address already exists in the system because a primary guardian entered via the enrolment form the user is now able to create an Enrolmy account.  This user will not see any children that the primary guardian has made bookings for previously unless the primary guardian has enabled permission for that user to see those children.

● Second parents can now pay invoices and complete enrolment forms if the primary parent has enabled permission to edit or act on their behalf.

● Whoever makes the booking gets the invoice in their name so if a second parent makes a booking they are the bill payer for that invoice.  Previously invoices were always made in the name of the primary guardian.

● There is a new “My Family” section in the front-end that gives each user full control over permissions.
