Change of Business Ownership/Bank Account

This document outlines the process involved should you either be selling your business and or there is a change of ownership taking place. We also cover changing account/bank details and the change over which would apply to stripe and credit card payments

Change of Business Ownership or Bank Account

In the case you have sold your business or have a change of business name there are some aspects and processes that need to be carried out.  The following is a guide to what is required by us to manage this change over for you and the new business owner.

Agreed Business Sale, new owner NOT continuing with Enrolmy                                  

1. Provider notifies EM through Customer Support                                                                                                          

2. EM switches off CC payments                                                                                      

3. EM to send pre-cancellation check list                                                                        

4. EM to process account closure                                                                                  

5. EM to send evaluation form                                                                                          

6. All payouts to be completed by Stripe                                                                        

7. EM to process account closure on agreed date                                                           

     

                                                                                                                     

                                                                                                                                                 

Agreed Business Sale, new owner to continue using Enrolmy

1. Provider notifies EM through Customer Support  

2. EM Switches off CC payments

3. EM to send pre-cancellation check list

4. EM to contact new business owner

5. New contract to be drawn up between EM and Provider

6. Credit Card or Direct Debit to be completed for subscription payments

7. New Provider to complete Stripe CC application for payments

8. Existing owner to receive full payout from stripe

9. Date of change to be agreed, EM to process set up to include Xero contact details and all other information with new owner

As with all other office systems and process the new business owner will need to be shown the ropes, we would hope that the new owner has some great knowledge passed over from you on how to use Enrolmy, however we will of course provide free set-up of Xero and bank account information and personal information to them.

Should the new owner require further training on the use of the system in full, we can arrange this with our support staff, the rate is $380 for 2 hours.

How to Change Over

Please notify us thorough our customer support channel which is used for all support queries.  Once we receive your request we will send you a change of account details form like this:

When we are in receipt of this we can then begin to process the change over to include stripe, a new proposal, bank account detail changes including subscription payments, and arrange any necessary training as agreed by the new owner and ourselves.
