Creating a Trip Day for Holiday Programmes or Schools
It is now possible to mark a session as an “off site / trip day session” when creating the activity.
Trip Day Sessions For Holiday Programmes
Some providers run off site trip days and up until now this has caused some problems for the way that we calculate attendance at a holiday programme when sessions run simultaneously (at the same time). It is now possible to mark a session as an “off site / trip day session” when creating the activity.
This means that children that book into this session will not be counted as attending any other sessions that occur at the same time. When creating an activity and creating a new session you will now see the “This is an off site / trip day session” option. Ticking this option will distinguish this session as separate from the others and therefore attendance will be calculated accordingly.
To add this select the holiday programme activity set up, then when you reach down to your sessions you can add this trip day and tick its offsite.
