How to Sell Additional Items to Students

We’ve added the ability to have Additional Items for School Sports, School Camps, and Registrations/Subs activity types. Previously, this was technically possible, but mixing activity pricing with additional item pricing was creating confusion for providers.

We’ve added the ability to have Additional Items for Camps, Sports, and Registrations/Subs activity types. Previously, this was technically possible, but mixing activity pricing with additional item pricing was creating confusion for providers.

Now you could add items such as equipment hire, or food parcels, transport etc...

Now there is clear separation between the items that are for the the activity itself (eg the cost of the camp) and the Add On / Additional Items (eg merchandise). As per other activity types, there is now an “Additional Items” tab that itemises all these items separately from the activity items themselves which will appear on the “Registrations” or team tabs.

Bookings (order) can be edited as below, this could be to add on items, change quantities or remove.

Below when you have made your edits already un paid accounts can be re-invoiced in full, voiding the previous invoice, or if they are paid you can create a pending adjustment which then you can turn into an invoice or credit note depending if monies are due or to be refunded.
