  1. You want to modify a booking for an attendee in your activity.
This document assumes the following.
  • You have an existing BASC or Holiday Programme activity.

  • You have bookings in that activity.

Detailed Modify a Booking

 

Here is how to modify a booking:

  1. Go to the Activity.
  2. Select Booked In tab.
  3. Select the attendee.
  4. Click the cog to the right side of the screen.
  5. Then select Edit Booking. You will see a screen similar to below.
  6. From here you can add or remove days, and save the changes.

     

This is an image of the detailed booking screen of a customer.

 

Please note: If the customer has already been invoiced for the original booking, then Adjustment Items will be created.

However, if this is an activity that is yet to invoice, the above will not apply.
