Enrolment form Questions - Can you change these to suit?
The enrolment form has been designed to cover a broad spectrum of activities, there are some Manadory Questions which cannot be removed, but most others can be toggled on and off depending upon the activity and what information you would like to collect. Should an activity be tailored towards a different demographic you may wish to turn off the visibility of some questions.
Below is a screen shot where you can do this from your settings menu:
Custom Questions
You can choose to add custom questions to a particular activity where you will need specific information which you may NOT need on any other activities.
You can further customise your Enrolment Form by adding specific and unique questions, which your parent base will need to answer. If possible try to create and manage your tag groups before approaching this section, as it would help you better understand your customer mix.
To set-up your custom questions firstly go to your 'Profile Settings' and select Custom Questions from the left handmenu:
Once you have opened the options menu, you can:
Edit the Title for each question, The Section that the question will fall under.
Choose to associate the question with a tag group, which will allow you to group your customers based on their answers.
Clicking on the small pencil to the right of the 'ON/OFF' toggle will open up the options menu for each question, it allows you to activate or close of a question at anytime.
As always, remember to save any changes you make by clicking the Save Changes button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
Notification email when customers update their Safety Form
You can now choose to be notified by email whenever a customer updates their Safety Form.
This may be handy if you need to keep track of when important information such as addresses and phone numbers change.
Each email you receive will contain a direct link to the customers profile view in Enrolmy.
From here you will be able to see the summary of recent changes to that account and be able to identify exactly what information has been updated.
