How to Unsubscribe Customers from Emails

  1. A customer wishes to be unsubscribed from your emails/mailing list(s).
  2. You wish to remove a customer from your emails/mailing list(s).
This document assumes the following.
  • You have customers set up in Enrolmy.

  • You understand your legal obligations around email communication.

  • Your Terms and Conditions clearly state the role of email in your business.

In order to unsubscribe a customer from emails, you can do so by clicking the '+' button and going to 'Communication'. 



Then click 'Unsubscribe an email':



Once you have done so, fill in their email address and click 'Save Changes'. 



View Unsubscribed emails

Enrolmy also gives you a list of unsubscribed emails.

On the Communication page, click the '+' button, then click 'Unsubscribed'.




Awesome! You now know how to unsubscribe customers from emails.
