- Click here to access our Help Centre.
- Use the search bar to type in a keyword related to your query.
- Select the article you want from the drop-down menu. Hit enter to see more articles related to your query.
How to Lodge a support ticket
- Please click here to access our Help Centre.
- In the top right-hand corner, click the Contact Enrolmy Support button.
4. Fill in as much information as you can on the ticket sheet - this makes the process of solving your query much more efficient.
5. Submit your ticket, and our helpdesk staff will contact you as soon as they can!
Book a Training Call with our Support Staff
- You can schedule a call with our Customer Support Team at your convenience.
- Click on the question mark icon (?).
- Select the Book a Training session option. This will open up a calendar.
- Select the date and time for the call and enter your information.
- In the message section, please enter a detailed and descriptive message about what you want to go over as this will ensure the best use of our call time.
- Click Confirm a confirmation that the call has been booked.
