- You are an Activity Provider who has an account with Enrolmy.
Using our Help Docs
- Click here to access our Help Centre.
- Use the search bar to type in a keyword related to your query.
- Select the article you want from the drop-down menu. If none of those match your search, hit Enter to see more articles related to your query.
Creating a Ticket
- Tickets also need to be created through our help centre.
- Please click here to access our Help Centre.
- In the top right-hand corner, click the 'Contact Enrolmy Support' button.
- Fill in as much information as you can on the ticket sheet - this makes the process of solving your query much more efficient.
- Once you've submitted your ticket, our helpdesk staff will contact you as soon as they can!
Book a Training Call with our Support Staff
- You can schedule a call with our Customer Support Team at your convenience.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click on the question mark icon.
- Select the Book a Training session option. This will open up a calendar with options of dates and times for you to choose from.
- Select the date and time for the call.
- Enter all your information.
- In the message section, please enter a detailed and descriptive message about what you want to go over as this will ensure the best use of our call time.
- Click Confirm in the bottom right corner. You will now see a confirmation that the call has been booked.
