How do I get support from Enrolmy?

  1. You want to know how to access the Enrolmy Help Guides.
  2. You want to contact the Enrolmy Support team with a question or issue.
  3. You want to book a training session with our Customer Support Team.

This document assumes the following.

  • You are an Activity Provider who has an account with Enrolmy.

Using our Help Docs

  1. Click here to access our Help Centre.
  2. Use the search bar to type in a keyword related to your query.
  3. Select the article you want from the drop-down menu. If none of those match your search, hit Enter to see more articles related to your query.



Contact an Enrolmy Staff Member

  1. Please click here to access our Help Centre.
  2. In the top right-hand corner, click the 'Contact Enrolmy Support' button. 



  • Fill in as much information as you can on the ticket sheet - this makes the process of solving your query much more efficient.
  • Once you've submitted your ticket, our helpdesk staff will contact you as soon as they can! 



Book a Training Call with our Support Staff

  • You can schedule a call with our Customer Support Team at your convenience.
  1. In the top-right corner of the page, click on the question mark icon.
  2. Select the Book a Training session option. This will open up a calendar with options of dates and times for you to choose from.
  3. Select the date and time for the call.
  4. Enter all your information.
  5. In the message section, please enter a detailed and descriptive message about what you want to go over as this will ensure the best use of our call time.
  6. Click Confirm in the bottom right corner. You will now see a confirmation that the call has been booked.
