Process Checklist: When Creating a New Session

When creating a new session this can be done in two places:


1. In your Organisation Settings under Session Pricing:



2. Inside your Activity Settings under Session Time and Costs 




Here is a Tick Box List of what to make sure you have checked when Creating a New Session:

Done  Action 
  Is this the correct Activity Type?
  Does the session have the correct Category?
  Is this a Recurring or Regular Booking only option? 
  Does this session need to be linked?
  Is this an Onsite/Offsite Trip session?
  Have you attached the correct Xero Tracking Code?
  Double-check Xero Integration Section - Account Codes 
  Complete a Test booking 
  Is the information correct on the Booking Confirmation Email?
