How To Send Promotional Emails

Scenarios
  1. You want to promote next term's activities to your current database by email.
This document assumes you know the following.
  • You have set up next term's activities and are ready to take bookings into those activities.

 

There are multiple places within Enrolmy that you can send promotional emails to your customers. 

 

Send Emails To Specific Attendees Within An Activity

You may want to send emails to specific attendees within an activity you're running for the reasons below;

  • You want to offer your current attendees, the first option to book into next terms programmes before you promote them to the public. 
  • You want to send a specific activity booking link to your current attendees.

1. Head to your current or concluded activity with the list of attendees who you want to promote next term's classes to. 

2. Head to the Booked In list and use the tick boxes to select/bulk select the attendees to whom you wish to promote next terms programmes to.

3. Select +more and Invite To Book Activity

4. You can use the drop-down-field that pops up, to choose if you would rather send a link to all of next terms activity listings OR choose a specific activity to promote.

5. Once you have decided which option you would like to promote by email, select Continue

6. Check all the email details;

  • Define who you want to send emails as
  • Select a personal email template if applicable
  • Edit the email subject
  • Add copy the body of the email if need be

7. Select Send to Queue to complete the process.

8. A confirmation message will appear on your screen. 

9. You can check the email was sent by heading to the Communication tab. 

10. View the sent email by selecting it.

How To Send Promotional Emails To All Customers

You may want to send emails to all primary contacts promoting the next term classes.

  • You want to send promotional emails in bulk. 

1. Head to the Communication menu and Active Attendees tab.

2. Use the Filters option to filter primary contacts or the group you want to send promotional emails to.

4. Select All Contacts in the list by using the bulk selector tick box. 

5. Select Invite To Book

6. You can use the drop-down-field that pops up, to choose if you would rather send a link to all of next terms activity listings OR choose a specific activity to promote.

7. Once you have decided which option you would like to promote by email, select Continue.

8. Check all the email details;

  • Define who you want to send emails as
  • Select a personal email template if applicable
  • Edit the email subject
  • Add copy the body of the email if need be

9. Select Send to Queue to complete the process.

10. A confirmation message that all emails are sent to queue will appear on your screen. 

11. You can check the emails that were sent by heading to the Communication tab. 

12. View the sent email by selecting it.
