Revenue Recognition: Financial Reports

Scenarios
  1. You want to run a revenue report from Enrolmy. 
  2. You want to know where and how to run automated revenue reports from Enrolmy
This document assumes the following.
  • You are one of the head administrators of your Enrolmy Account.

  • You are proficient with accounting principles
  • You have run/are running activities on Enrolmy that are being invoiced

 

What Are Financial Reports

It is possible to generate and save automated monthly financial reports in Enrolmy. 

  • All reports display invoices and credit notes created within the specified month.
  • Payments received during the specified month period are not included in these report types.
 

How To Find Financial Reports

1. Head to the Money Tab
2. Select Financial Reports

Existing Reports

Any items listed in the existing reports list reflect saved reports. 

1. Filter the date range to find saved reports for specific months

2. Select the Action Cog to view your saved report

  • It is possible to select the month period for the report using the Current Month drop-down field
  • Selecting the Invoices, Provisional Invoices or Credit Notes line items will quickly anchor you to those sections on the report.
  • Invoices and credit notes are represented by their line items.
  • The Total = invoices - credit notes

  • Invoices and credit notes are represented by their line items.
  • The Total = (invoices + invoices for previous periods) - (credit notes + credit notes for previous periods)
