How A Provider Can Modify A BASC Booking

Scenarios:

  1. You want to modify a booking for an attendee in your activity

This document assumes the following:

  • You have an existing BASC or Holiday Programme activity

  • You have bookings in that activity

Modify An Existing Booking

  1. Navigate to the Activity tab select the activity, and click Bookings. 

  2. Select the Attendee(s).

  3. Click the Action Cog and select Edit Booking.

4. Toggle the date range and click update.

5. Make the relevant modifications and save changes.

 

Please note: If the customer has already been invoiced for the original booking, then Adjustment Items will be created. Please see here for more information on pending adjustments.
