How To Buy Credit Bundles for Text Messaging (SMS)

You want to know how to purchase credit bundles to utilise the text messaging (SMS) feature on Enrolmy
You want to know who can make credit purchases for your accounts
You what to know where you can purchase credit bundles
This document assumes the following:
You understand how much credit bundles cost if you are a New Zealand Provider
You understand how much credit bundles cost if you are an Australian Provider
You understand SMS Regulations on Enrolmy Software
You understand Billing and Account Section in Enrolmy
To utilise the text messaging feature on Enrolmy, you will need to pre-purchase credit bundles. You need to know the following:
Only your Enrolmy Account Holder can purchase credit bundles.
Credit bundles can only be purchased within the Billing & Account section of your Organisation Settings.
One credit = one SMS. Long messages may cost more credits.
You will be shown how many credits your message will cost prior to sending.
SMS Credits are purchased per Enrolmy instance.
How to Buy Credit Card Bundles
If your subscription payment method is via Credit Card
If you are the Account Holder then head to the Billing & Account section within your Organisation Settings
Select Buy now against the credit package you wish to purchase
Follow the prompts to complete your credit purchase
If your subscription payment method is via Ezidebit (Direct Debit) or you are an Enrolmy Enterprise customer
Please click on the link shown below, register a credit card, and then buy credits.
Please note:
Each instance will need to have a credit card registered and they purchase their own credit pack. There is no sharing of credits between instances.
It won't affect your Direct Debit subscription.
