How To Filter Direct Discount Customers

Scenarios:

1. You wish to view all customers with direct discounts associated

This document assumes the following:

• You are clear about the discounts you offer and how they affect your business.

• You know how to add direct discounts to your customers

• You understand that direct discounts are different from activity discounts

How To Filter Direct Discount Customers 

This filtered list shows direct discount customers only. You will not see customers receiving activity discounts, such as Earlybird discounts or Multiple Booking discounts.

1. Navigate to the Customers tab and select the '+' button

2. Select Direct Discount Customers

3. You can edit a direct discount by selecting the action cog:

What Type Of Discounts Show Within Direct Discount Customers

This filtered list shows direct discount customers only, which include:

1. Staff Discounts

2. Direct Discounts

3. Promo Codes

You will not see customers receiving activity discounts, such as Earlybird discounts or Multiple Booking discounts.
