We do not recommend that you void adjustments. This is because;
If you need help from our Customer Support staff, we will not be able to track what happened.
Adjustments will not impact you or the customer in any way if left un-converted when you don't need them.
Voided Adjustments do not get tracked! Please leave them un-converted.
